Week 1–2: Planning the Foundation

 We start with a focused planning sprint. You’ll meet with our legal operations team to map out your firm’s structure, define your service offerings, and make critical decisions—like partner comp models, technology selections, and what functions you’ll outsource vs. run in-house. We’ll lock down your billing system, accounting needs, HR requirements, and intake process—all tailored to your practice and goals. 

Week 3–4: Building Your Core Systems
